The Veterinary Business Management Association is a student-driven organization dedicated to advancing the profession through increasing business knowledge, creating networking opportunities, and empowering students to achieve their personal and professional goals.
VetPartners -- VetPartners formerly AVPMCA
VetPartners promote excellence and ethics in veterinary consulting and advising through continuing education, communication, collaboration and collegiality, and to establish and improve business practices and standards.
VHMA -- Veterinary Hospital Managers Association
VHMA was created in 1981 by and for veterinary hospital managers. The guiding principles are to pursue excellence in practice management, open channels of communication, and create the opportunity to develop friendships between practices. VHMA offers a certification process for veterinary practice managers, as well as conferences exclusively for management.
AAHA -- American Animal Hospital Association
Established in 1933 by leaders in the veterinary profession, AAHA is the only exclusive companion animal veterinary association. AAHA is well known for its hi gh standards in veterinary practices and quality pet care and promotes those standards within the veterinary profession and to the public. The Association develops benchmarks of excellence, business practice standards, informative publications and educational programs designed to help companion animal practices thrive.
AVMA -- American Veterinary Medical Association
The AVMA is a not-for-profit association representing more than 76,000 veterinarians working in private and corporate practice, government, industry, academia, and uniformed services. Structured to work for its members, the AVMA acts as a collective voice for its membership and for the profession.
